Are you up for a challenge?……Then take on HELL & BACK with GO Gym for The Gavin Glynn Foundation on Saturday, September 12 2015.
Following the success of Hell and Back in June 2015 with the Gavin Glynn Foundation, we have had a lot of people asking if we will all be doing it again in September, so we’ve decided to do it even bigger and better!
We have already reserved 200+ places for The Gavin Glynn Foundation in September to take part in Hell and Back (one of Ireland’s toughest mental & physical endurance challenges). The course is just 7km.
Together with the Gavin Glynn Foundation we are creating a unique boot camp for anyone who would like to train for Hell & Back Sept 2015.
The Bootcamp will commence Wednesday 8th July at 8pm and will run for 8 weeks.
Boot camps will consist of meeting once weekly for one hour intense training, coming closer to the H&B date we will aim to meet twice weekly and will also add in nutritional information, programme advise and other training techniques. We will also organise some outdoor excursions during the month of August onwards.
The boot camp will be only €50 per person.

We would like to further offer discounted membership deals for anyone doing H&B who would like to join the gym. €39 euro per month (Direct Debit) or €349 for the year.
Please note that NON members CAN avail of the Boot camp (they do not have to sign up).
September is Worldwide Childhood cancer Awareness month so we want people to join The Gavin Glynn Foundation in raising some money (target of €50 per person approx) and also raise awareness about the Foundation and Childhood Cancer.
